Medium speed Esperanto

Esperanto at normal talking speed: talks, podcasts, and interviews from big events. This is the speed Esperantujo really uses.

Most real Esperanto is spoken at a normal speed: videos, talks between two people, and news from the Universala Kongreso. People do not explain the words. They just talk. Long words like vortprovizo or samideano come as one big word, not small parts. The letter -n at the end of a word is easy to miss. If you miss it, you can miss who did what. This level also has words no course teaches, like krokodili: sitting with people who speak Esperanto and talking in your own language anyway. Pick videos about things you like. Then you listen to the sound, not just the words. Watch first with no subtitles. Watch again for the hard parts.
