French Subjunctive

The subjunctive is a big part of French. Certain words make you use it. Students use it more than they think.

Class French Subjunctive

Subjonctif Présent

Trigger (il faut que / bien que / pour que …) + que + subjunctive verb

You use the present subjunctive after words like il faut que, bien que, pour que, and avant que. You also use it after verbs about not being sure, wishes, and feelings.
