Medium speed Norwegian
Real Norwegian at normal speaking speed. Oslo, Bergen, and Trondheim all sound different. But Norwegians still understand each other.
Real Norwegian sounds different in each place. In Oslo, people talk closest to bokmål. In Bergen, people talk faster, with a strong r sound. In Trondheim, people drop word endings and make sounds softer. Even the word for "I" changes from place to place: jeg, æ, or eg. When people talk fast and easy, they cut ikke down to 'kke or ikkje. They also cut the t off the end of words like kommet, so it sounds like komme. And they use small words like jo, da, ass, and liksom all the time. Daily videos from Oslo, funny videos, and NRK Humor videos use this kind of talk, so you hear how it really sounds. Pick people who always talk the same way, and keep watching them so your ear gets used to it. This speed is also used in the listening parts of the Norskprøven test (A2, B1, B2) and the Bergenstesten test. So practicing here also gets you ready for those tests.
