Hear the explanation read aloud (text-to-speech)
On the board and up for a vote. Every vote moves it up the list.
Tap a word and the look-up card explains it. If you've set "Explain in" to the language you're learning, you can also have that explanation read out loud. You read along while you hear how every word sounds, so one look-up trains your ear as well as your reading.
A learner who reads the explanations in the language they're learning asked for this on our subreddit. Reading a definition in that language, rather than a translation into your own, is an old tip from language teachers. Hearing it as you read takes it one step further.
Votes are how this climbs the list, and we read every one.
