Moving our main workloads off Trigger.dev
Live for everyone, right now.
Reelang is growing about 20% week over week right now, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the app running grows with it. That work ran on Trigger.dev, and at this pace it cost thousands a month. We are a small team with limited income from Reelang+, so that is not sustainable.
So we are moving the heavy lifting onto our own infrastructure, where cost stays flat as we grow. Nothing changes for you: everything keeps working while we switch, and the parts you see right away, like adding a video, stay as fast as they are today.
Keeping these costs down is what makes Reelang a sustainable business, and that is what lets us keep a free version for people who can't pay for Reelang+.
Tried it? Tell us how it lands. We're in r/Reelang.
