Slow a video down as far as you need (playback speed)

Some people talk fast, and one notch slower isn't always enough. Take a video down to a speed you can follow word by word, then bring it back up as your ear catches on. You can sit at a slower speed for a whole clip, or only for the stretch that's getting away from you.
A learner suggested this on our subreddit. Slowing a video down already helps, and for the quickest speakers the single step we have today doesn't go far enough.
