Reelang is a small, early-stage product. We try to keep data collection minimal and explain what we do collect in plain language.
Who we are
Reelang is operated by Tojoa LLC (doing business as Reelang), a Wyoming LLC at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We’re the data controller for anything collected through reelang.com.
What we collect
Product analytics. We use PostHog to understand how people use Reelang: which pages are visited, which videos get played, which CTAs get clicked. Analytics events are associated with an anonymous session identifier. We do not collect your name, email, or any other personally identifying information through analytics.
Error tracking. We use Sentry to log errors so we can fix them. Error reports include technical details (stack traces, browser information) but do not include personal data.
Voluntary inputs. If you join a waitlist or email us, we store the email address you provide so we can respond or notify you.
How we use it
Analytics and error data help us improve the product: which features work, which break, where people get stuck. Waitlist emails are only used to contact you about the language or feature you asked about.
We do not sell data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
PostHog sets cookies (or equivalent browser storage) to maintain the anonymous session identifier. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Third parties we rely on
PostHog (product analytics), Sentry (error tracking), and Vercel (hosting and edge delivery). Each has its own privacy policy and security practices.
Your rights
You can ask us to share what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also opt out of analytics by using your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting or an ad-blocker that blocks PostHog. If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR or the CCPA, and we respect those.
