Dire autre chose que « ça va » en français

What does “ça baigne” mean in French?
Ça baigne literally says “it’s bathing,” and it answers ça va ? with something more alive than a flat ça va: everything is going smoothly, no problems. It belongs with friends and family rather than in a job interview. The longer form is ça baigne dans l’huile, “it’s bathing in oil,” usually explained by the image of a well-oiled machine running without a hitch.
Tout baigne is the same thing with a different subject, and both are informal. Once you stop answering ça va with ça va, a whole shelf of replies opens up at the same level — je suis en pleine forme for genuinely good, and, a register up, il se porte à merveille for talking about someone else.
