Me lo quedo is how you say “I’ll take it” when you decide to buy or accept something. It comes from quedarse con algo (“to keep something”), so word for word it is closer to “I keep it for myself.” Swap the little word lo to match the thing: me la quedo for a feminine word, me los quedo / me las quedo for more than one.
