I can’t wait to...
English excitement phrase
“I am very excited to do this.” It does not mean you are not able to wait

I can’t wait to + verb means you are very excited about something in the future. It sounds negative because of “can’t,” but it is a happy phrase: “I can’t wait to see you” means “I really want to see you soon.” The more excited the speaker is, the stronger it sounds. You can also say “I can’t wait for the weekend.”

The speaker says “I can’t wait to show you guys everything that I see there,” talking about her flight to Bangkok. Notice the pattern: after “to” you use the base verb (show, see, go). Use “for” with a noun instead: “I can’t wait for the trip.” The idea is the same, but the grammar changes.
