What does “chronia polla” mean in Greek?
In this Mother’s Day montage, the wish is the one every Greek knows: «Χρόνια πολλά σε όλες τις μαμάδες» (“many years to all the moms”). Χρόνια πολλά literally means “many years,” and it’s the all-purpose Greek greeting for almost any happy occasion, wishing the person many more to come.
